Infused Water:
As you probably know, dehydration is the cause of many health problems. Drinking the right amount of water each day can really make a difference in your health. I'm no doctor of course, but I know how I feel when I get the right hydration... better! But plain water isn't all that fun for me, so I like to infuse mine with fruits and veggies.
Infusing your water is not a great mystery...
How to make infused water:
1. Just simply cut up your favorite fruits or vegetables, washed well first of course, give a little squeeze and add them to your cool filtered water.
2. Cut up your fruits and veggies into tiny pieces, squeeze, and make ice cubes with filtered water.
Fruits that work well for infused water...
* lemon
* tangerines
* oranges
* limes
* strawberries
* blackberries
* raspberries
* kiwi
* blueberries
* watermelon
* honeydew
* cantaloupe
* grapefruit
* pomegranate
Vegetables for infused water...
* cucumbers
* carrots
* radishes
* spinach
Herbs to add...
* rosemary
* basil
* oregano
* mint
* honey (I know it's not a herb lol)
Have fun with your water! You are way more likely to drink it! ;)
